Free Telephone Assessment

Edited Interiors performs a free assessment over the telephone to assist you in defining your home staging situation.

Consultation

Edited Interiors conducts an in-home consultation to determine what home staging solutions best suit your space. We provide you with a customized Room Ready Handbook™ — a detailed written report that includes room-by-room recommendations for improvements that will appeal to prospective buyers in your target market. You may choose to implement the changes yourself or with hands-on help from Edited Interiors. If you opt for assistance, we provide you with a staging quotation for our hands-on help service — designed to meet your budget requirements — that outlines staging fees and the cost of any suggested furniture or accessory rentals.

Hands-On Help

Edited Interiors helps you to carry out the home staging advice as outlined in the written consultation, from de-cluttering and packing to arranging furniture and accessories to best appeal to your prospective buyers.

Furniture and Accessory Rentals

Whenever necessary, Edited Interiors provides affordable monthly rentals of furniture and/or accessories to help your home look its very best. Vacant homes devoid of furniture can seem cold and it can be difficult for buyers to picture the intended use of the space or its true proportions. Furnishing and accessorizing with our very competitively priced rentals can make all the difference in selling your home.

Open House Ready

Exclusively for clients who have already implemented our home staging solutions as outlined in our written report and/or made use of our Hands-On Help service, Edited Interiors sets the scene the day of your open house so your home looks its very best.
